WORSHIP COACH AND SPIRITUAL CARE MENTOR
JAyne bradford
Jayne has been involved in music for as long as she can remember. She is married to Bob Bradford and has two grown children. In addition to working for the Village Church she teaches piano and voice lessons as well as traditional and therapeutic horseback riding lessons. In Jayne’s "spare" time she loves to ride and show her Morgan horses.
In her role for the Village Church, Jayne organizes and leads our Sunday worship team to lead the whole church to celebrate all that God has done. Jayne also meets with people to encourage and guide people through difficulties or to make life transformations.

Elders
THE ROLE OF THE ELDERS IS TO OVERSEE THE MINISTRIES AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH OF THE CHURCH
The purpose of The Village Church leadership structure is to provide a stable and effective organizational framework to aid this Church in accomplishing its mission. The roles of Lead Pastor, Elders, Staff, and Congregation are distinct and effective for church health, church growth, and church multiplication.

Kevin Kollbaum
Kevin became an Elder in February of 2025. He and his wife moved to the area in 2023 and have been eager servants at the Village Church ever since. Kevin is on the prayer team, serves young adults with his wife, and lends a hand to fix broken things whenever needed. Kevin has a heart to help the body of Christ grow and develop a deeper relationship with The Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Brian bedford
Brian became an Elder in 2023. Brian, his wife, and three children have been part of the Village Church for over three years. Brian has a heart for the church to be built up in Christ and spurred on to love and service. His expertise in financial services has equipped him to oversee vital functions of the church. Brian loves traveling, camping, cycling and golf for recreation.
